Bart Butler

Founder & CEO

Bart Butler is the driving force behind Security Training Academy of Tennessee (S.T.A.T.). With 35 years in entertainment security and crowd management, including 22 years as a Venue Security Director, Bart brings unmatched expertise to the academy. He is a certified CPR/BLS instructor with the American Heart Association and holds numerous security certifications. Bart’s commitment extends beyond training—he coaches youth rugby teams and actively supports local charities, embodying his belief in giving back to the community. He resides in Murfreesboro with wife Debbie, an Assistant District Attorney, and their son.

Scott Pollard brings nearly 40 years of combined military and law enforcement experience to S.T.A.T. He served as a Military Policeman, instructor, and Battalion Command Sergeant Major, as well as a law enforcement officer rising to Lieutenant with the Tennessee Department of Safety. His personal interests include hunting, camping, sports, family, and granddaughter time.

Assistant Operations Manager

Jozef Butler is the Assistant Operations Manager at Rock Solid Security, Inc. where he has been employed for over 10 years. He plays a key role in overseeing daily operations. His responsibilities include scheduling, payroll management, client billing, quoting services, and coordinating equipment rental logistics to ensure seamless execution across all company functions.

Jozef earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with minors in Finance and Economics from Middle Tennessee State University in December 2022. He brings a strong background in site operations and logistics for a wide range of events, making him a valuable asset in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

A proud Nashville native, Jozef still calls the city home—and you’ll often find him cheering on the Tennessee Vols in his signature orange.

Human Resources and Scheduling Manager

Hannah Hattendorf is the Human Resources and Scheduling Manager at Rock Solid Security. She oversees the Key functions such as employment, Support, training, maintaining records, and any other employee activities. She handles scheduling for all guards according to their availability and client needs.

She has 11 years of experience in multiple leadership positions and various customer service roles, 6 years of hands-on experience in the security Industry in various positions before she became the HR manager for Rock Solid Security. Working in the field for Rock Solid has given her a better outlook on what is needed to take on this role and will continue to commit to creating efficient systems and supporting both staff and company growth for the foreseeable future.

Hannah enjoys being outdoors, reading, horseback riding, spending time with her nieces and nephews and going on adventures with her 7 dogs and 2 cats. Currently she resides in Goodlettsville, Tennessee
